Parliamentary Candidate of the NPP in Sagnarigu, yesterday, hosted youth of the constituency at her residence for Iftar, a feast held for fasting muslims to break their fast after enduring a whole without food and water.
Mrs. Felicia Tettey said the decision to hold the event was to interact with the young people to ascertain what challenges they face in order to formulate the appropriate policies to address them if she gets elected as MP for the area.
Mrs. Tettey also praised the youth for their spiritedness as she described the occasion as a heartwarming and joyous gathering filled with laughter, delicious food and meaningful conversations.
She also took the opportunity to outline her vision for youth and women empowerment and urged the people to vote for as their MP in the Parliamentary and Presidential election to be held in December 2024.
