Nyab Zagyuri Wuluna ,on behalf of the Chief and Residents Of Zagyuri, has expressed profound gratitude to Felicia Tettey for the commencement of work on the Zagyuri link Road of the School of Hygiene Stretch.
Speaking to the media, Nyab Zagyuri Wuluna ,said, the construction of the road would bring relief to residents of the community. He added that the Zaguri Community had benefitted immensely in terms of roads, drilled boreholes and the recent reconstruction of the Zaguri dam by the kind courtesy of Mrs. Tettey.
On his part, Alhaji Musa Dagoma, Sagnarigu Constituency NPP Chairman , on behalf of Mrs Felicia Tettey, expressed his appreciation to the Deputy Trade Minister who doubles as Gushegu Member of Parliament, Hon. Lawyer Hassan Tampuli for the role played towards the construction of the road.
According to him, the collaboration between Hon Tampuli and Mrs. Tettey is a thin of the ice burg to bring development projects in the Sagnarigu Constituency.
He, thus, makes a passionate appeal to the residents of the community to elect Mrs. Tettey as Member of Parliament .He assured residents of the area that the contractor would fast track the road works to reduce the health hazards caused by the deplorable road.
Sagnarigu MCE, Hon. Yakubu Ahmed Mohammed Polo, reiterated the commitment to develop the Constituency. He mentioned some of the development projects currently ongoing in the Constituency, particularly, roads, water projects amongst others. Residents Of the Zagyuri Community were seen praising and praying for Mrs.
Tettey in appreciation of the commencement of the road construction. The road is one of the major roads in the School of Hygiene stretch .The construction of the road is expected to bring relief to residents of the Zagyuri Community.
Present at the brief ceremony to commence the construction of the road were the Northern Regional Minister, Hon. Shani Alhassan Shaibu, Deputy Minister for Tarde who doubles as Gushegu MP, Hon Tampuli, Sagnarigu Constituency Executives, Polling Station Executives and Electoral area coordinators.
