Residents Of Dimali and surrounding communities have expressed their profound gratitude to Hon. Felicia Tettey, the Sagnarigu NPP Parliamentary Candidate ,for intiating the construction of the Kpalsi – Dimala road.

Dimali Zaachi, representing the Chiefs of surrounding communities, praised Mrs. Tettey for addressing their longstanding road issues and assured the contractor of the Chiefs’ support.

Speaking on behalf of Mrs. Tettey, Alhaji Musa Dagoma, the Sagnarigu Constituency Chairman for the NPP, highlighted the significance of the road project as one of the largest in the constituency , a result of Mrs. Tettey’s collaboration with the Municipal Chief Executive ( MCE).

Chairman Dagoma appealed to the Chiefs and community members to reciprocate Mrs. Tettey’s efforts by electing her as the next Member Of Parliament, promising more development projects. He also urged residents to support the contractor and prevent theft of construction materials.

Sagnarigu MCE, Hon Yakubu Ahmed Mohammed Polo emphasized that the road construction would significantly improve the local infrastructure. He also took the opportunity to set the records straight surrounding the road project and challenged others who said the project is World Bank funded to bring similar projects to the Constituency.

He acknowledged Mrs. Tettey’s pivotal role in securing the project.

Mr. Inusah Dramanu, Project Manager from Ashcal Investment Limited ,stated that the project initially slated for seven months, is expected to be completed in five months.

He reiterated the need to safeguard construction materials.

Project Consultant Mr. Awuni detailed the 2.025km road specifications, noting it includes covered drains , vehicular and bicycle lanes, and street lights for safety.

Local residents expressed relief and hope for improved transportation following years of enduring poor road conditions.
