Hon. Felicia Tettey, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Sagnarigu Constituency, has officially filed her nomination to contest in the upcoming elections.

Addressing the media after submitting her nomination forms, Mrs. Tettey made a heartfelt appeal to the constituents, urging them to elect her as their Member of Parliament to spearhead further development projects in the area.

In her address, Mrs. Tettey detailed some of the significant projects she has initiated or is currently working on, which include drilling of boreholes to provide clean water, the construction of the Jisonayili Ultra Modern Market, Road development projects such as the Kplasi Dimala Road, Sognaayili Road, and Katariga Road, Development of the Aminal Market and Programs aimed at empowering women within the constituency.

Emphasizing her commitment to the constituents, Mrs. Tettey urged voters to support her and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming elections to bring even more development to the constituency.

She also highlighted her deep connections to Sagnarigu, noting that she was born and raised in the area, which gives her a unique understanding of the constituents’ needs, in contrast to her main opponent.

The nomination forms were received by the Returning Officer for the Sagnarigu Electoral Commission, who certified the forms for submission to the EC’s Head Office.

Hon. Felicia Tettey was accompanied by notable figures during the filing, including Lawyer Sulley Sambian, the Chief Executive Officer for the Northern Development Authority, as well as former constituency chairman, constituency executives, polling station executives, electoral area coordinators, and enthusiastic party supporters.
