
In a significant effort to tackle sanitation challenges in the Kanvili Community, the Tamale North Constituency NPP Parliamentary Candidate, Alhaji Abdul Rahaman Abreh, alongside the Sagnarigu Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Ahmed Yakubu Mohammed Polo, has commissioned a state-of-the-art toilet facility for the residents.

During the commissioning ceremony, Hon. Ahmed Yakubu Mohammed Polo highlighted that the ultra-modern KVIP is among the essential projects benefiting the municipality through the SOCO initiative.
He emphasized the importance of improved sanitation in enhancing the quality of life for community members.

Hon. Polo also acknowledged the contributions of Alhaji Abdul Rahaman Abreh, urging the residents to elect him and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as President to facilitate further development in the area.
On his part, Alhaji Abdul Rahaman Abreh expressed gratitude for the collaboration among himself, the MCE, and the Assemblyman, which made the project possible.

He emphasized his commitment to bringing more development projects to the constituency, particularly focusing on road rehabilitation, health infrastructure improvements, drainage systems, and water and sanitation initiatives.

Abreh disclosed that he had provided funds for the construction of a weighing pavilion at the Kanvili Clinic, aimed at making the facility more conducive for nursing mothers who bring their children for weighing.
He also announced that a contractor would begin work on the Kanvili Cemetery Road within two weeks to enhance its accessibility.
In his appeal, Alhaji Abreh made it clear that his ambition to become an MP is driven not by personal gain but by the desire to serve humanity and uplift the less privileged, ultimately bringing development to the constituency.

Kanvili Lana Naa Zoo, representing the Chief, elders, and residents of Kanvili, expressed profound gratitude to Alhaji Abreh and the MCE for the transformative facility.
He pledged that the community would collaborate with the Assemblyman and the committee established to ensure the proper maintenance of the facility.

Chief Samuel Abdul Rahaman Stephen, the Kanvili Electoral Assemblyman, called upon residents to actively support the committee set up to maintain clean the facility.
He emphasized the importance of adhering to safety guidelines for the proper use of the toilet facility, asserting that it would be inclusive and non-discriminatory.
